Not to be discrimantory, but I would like this directed to the licensed & professionals within the group.
Are we getting carried away with the "liability" issue??
I realize that this site is a group of pro's, and is also open to anyone, and is also a referral source for the public seeking an electrical contractor/electrician.
Trying to keep this short; could a "policy" be acceptable that advice/guidance be given, or not given thru this site.
