I don't work in the trades, as the rest of you do. I guess you really don't have to, in order to recognize how utterly disrespectful this is. It shows no concern whatsoever for the electrician, the POCO meter reader, or the homeowner/apartment renter.
The plumber or heating contractor gets a big fat zero on this one, and ought to be cited
