From what I can tell the pipe was there first. A plumber is going to move it as soon as they can, but a little to late as I have been burned by that sucker many times already. The contractor that installed the Disco is comming to look at redoing his work as that install is only a few years old. All he had to do in the first place was build it out from the wall so the troff is behind it and then lower it to the top of the CT cabnet. This place has a lot of bad wiring done to it over the years. I would say over 75% of the transformers are not gounded/bonded correctly and other bad isues.
