I saw that RODALCO made a video on YouTube about these power lines is it really safe on HV mains like that?

I have seen those close bundled lines in Louisville, Kentucky, as Annemarie has seen on a YouTube video I posted.
Some parts of Kansas have those lines too. I think they are 14.4 kV and have outside insulation except the Neutral which is bare.
The product of rotation, excitation and flux produces electricty.

Either 13.2 KV, or 4160 v primaries, two circuits shown in pic.
POCO recently ran new monopoles with twin (2) new 500KV from a power plant to the switchyard in the Twp I work in. They removed a run of old lattice towers for a right of way for the monopoles.
