looks like there a couple of bends that are going to be real tight to pull through.

mb:

They modified four 3/4" runs after this pic was taken, and before the slurry pour. The 3/4" & 1" are for data and control circuitry; most of the small PVC will have single circuit or data or control cable only.

I'm trying to get an OK to take pics of the 4" RGC/IMC work inside the building.

I've seen worse, and sometimes you dont have time to make it pretty in the trench....even though after the rush is over it sits open for days.....

The rush is over for the trench to the right. It's already filled. That's a real hard way to run pipe.

This was done in 3 stages. Stub-ups at the gen pad locations (8) Cat gens, 13.2KV, 2.5 MW each. Two (2) chiller feeders and control. The tough part is what's in the pic...getting thru the foundation.footings to the interior. Tight squeeze.

After the slurry pour, tape, clean backfill, there's a 10" concrete pad over it. (Not counting the gen pads @ 14" above)

This was a three stage part of a project, started at three locations. What is in the pic is best described as the 'convergence' point. Thru the foundation and connecting into the slab work in the building.

Surprise was, it all worked out!!
