Gentleman,

I have attached a couple of images showing a worn outlet cover which we have throughout our building (approx.. 100) that have been breaking and wearing out. I have been searching some time in an attempt to find a company to purchase replacement parts , but have come up empty. Any help with this project would be deeply appreciated.

The only markings on these outlets is the letters, "H.H.R. CO. KED-NAC" and the letters UL enclosed in a circle.
